HARVESTING & PROCESSING
In Kenya we have two production crops i.e.; The Fly crop (Early crop) which is during the months of May – July with auctioning periods in July- January. The Main Crop (Late crop) which during the months of September – December with auctioning periods in December – August.
Generally, more than 70% of Kenyan coffee is hand/manually cultivated by small scale farmers with 100-700 coffee bushes.

We are certified by Kenya Bureau of Standards and we are on course to be certified other major certification bodies for example; Fair Trade
Wet processing and milling
Wet processing is the removal of the red pulp and grading of coffee beans based on density. Dense coffee is separated from the light beans using water. The beans are then fermented to remove mucilage and washed.
